This is also a beautiful way to tap into your body in a subtle way with the healing waves of the crystal bowls, harmonies of their voices and an energy reset. It is a beautiful honor for us to come together and be a part of your healing journey.
Bring a yoga mat, water bottle and pillows etc anything else you may need for comfort.
