In this creative embodiment workshop for emotional healing we will incorporate a mindful yoga and movement practice, guided visualization and sound healing to tap into then creatively map the chakras (energy centers) in the body through artful play.

✨Get familiar with each one through teachings and guided meditation

✨Bring awareness to each through somatic embodiment exercises.

✨Use creative play and art to map how and where emotion is held in, on and around your body to bring understanding, awareness, love and compassion to and for yourself. 🙏🏼
