A Deeper Dive into the Chakras

This 7 week series will help you to connect to the ways that the charka system can be used as tool of awarenss and self healing. This will include 2 hours each week and if you are local to Florida I will be incorporating in my Saturday Wake Up Slow 8:30am to the elements of this in my class. We will learn the ways that this system can be a map to our past and and help us to see others with more compassion in our life. This has been an incredible tool for me with my own healing and with the work I do in my class and with my clients.
