I am so excited to have Michele Iemolo here all the way from New Mexico to collaborate and share her magic with us! I met her on the dance floor 14 years ago when I was going through a major transition in my life. She was leading a dance movement class and it was a game changer for me in so many ways! I was able to connect to my body and spirit without shame. I had permisiion to move. I was able to let go. I was able to feel something awaken inside of me. I began to connect to the divine feminine in myself.
And I gained a sister in the process! A wonder twin! After all of these years we are finally collaborating our magic for you!
Join us as we guide you through an evening of connection, embodiment and empowerment into your beautiful self. We will move through different ways of feeling, being and dancing into who we want to grow into.
As woman we have been trained to be in diconnection to all the layers of who we are. Its time for us to see our beauty and find new ways to connect to the joy and delth with in us. Without judging ourselves With full permission to be in the big expression of ourselves. And to DANCE into oursleves!
Bring a drum if you have one, water bottle, journal. Wear comfortable clothes that make you feel beautiful.
