Sometimes we get off course of what our visions are. Sometimes we even forget how powerful our creative mind is! What we think is what we create! The energy of the law of attraction is so powerful! You will be guideded through a yoga practice, writing exercises and then into creating a vision board for your spirits jounrey to take off this coming year! We have the power to create our reality! This will be a fun way to celebrate this new year together with intention. Please bring your yoga mat, wear comfortable clothes and bring art supplies that you would like to use. Art supplies and appetizers will be provided.
