New Moon Meditation Workshop

The new moon has always felt auspicious to me as far as I can remember. As a child I could always feel that the different cycles of the moon had some magic in them. I used to move my bed around the room to have the moon light shine on me when I slept. When there was no moon to see it felt like I was waiting for a holiday to just see a crack of light shine again. For many of us as we move through this world, there are feelings of deep grief, frustration, anger and confusion. All mixed in with connection to ones own truth, love, and finding new ways to connect. There's a feeling of this anticipation of waiting for light to crack back in.
