In this fun class we will find ways to connect with our voice and the healing power of it!. If you are new to using your voice or kirtan this is a great segway into these practices.
The sound of our voice creates a presciption for healing for us and the world that no other modality can do! This isnt about having a good singing voice. This about connecting to the resonance of it and moving energy in your whole being!
Bring a cushion to sit, water bottle and a journal. And your voice! :)
